Ingredients
2 tablespoons dried hibiscus flowers
4 cups water
1 tablespoon honey (optional)
1 slice of lemon (optional)
Step 1: Boil the Water

Bring 4 cups of water to a gentle boil in a saucepan or kettle.
Step 2: Add the Hibiscus
Place the dried hibiscus flowers into a teapot or heat-resistant container.

Step 3: Steep
Pour the hot water over the hibiscus flowers and let steep for 10–15 minutes.
