Step 1: Chill the Ingredients
For the best texture, refrigerate the heavy cream for at least 2 hours before starting.
Step 2: Whip the Cream
Pour the cold heavy cream into a large mixing bowl.
Using an electric mixer, beat until soft peaks begin to form.
Step 3: Add the Condensed Milk
Gradually pour in the sweetened condensed milk while mixing on low speed.
Continue mixing until the mixture is smooth, thick, and well combined. Do not overmix.
Step 4: Transfer to a Dish
Pour the creamy mixture into a glass serving dish or individual dessert cups.
Smooth the top with a spatula.
Step 5: Chill
Refrigerate for 3–4 hours, or until fully set.
For a firmer, ice-cream-like texture, freeze for 2–3 hours.
Step 6: Decorate
Sprinkle with chocolate sprinkles, cocoa powder, or grated chocolate.
Add fresh berries or fruit if desired.
Step 7: Serve
Serve chilled.
Scoop into bowls or cut into squares if well chilled.
