These cheesy beef-filled biscuit bombs are quick, easy, and perfect for busy weeknights.
Ingredients:
1 can refrigerated biscuit dough (8 biscuits)
1 pound (450g) ground beef
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 tablespoon burger seasoning (or salt and pepper)
Step 1: Cook the Beef
Heat a skillet over medium heat.
Add the ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it apart as it cooks.
Drain excess fat.
Stir in the burger seasoning.
Step 2: Add the Cheese
Remove the beef from the heat.
Mix in the shredded cheddar cheese until combined.
Step 3: Prepare the Biscuits
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Flatten each biscuit into a 4-inch circle.
Step 4: Fill the Dough
Place a spoonful of the beef and cheese mixture in the center of each biscuit.
Pull the edges of the dough up and around the filling.
Pinch tightly to seal and form a ball.
Step 5: Bake
Place the biscuit balls seam-side down on the baking sheet.
Bake for 15–18 minutes, or until golden brown.
Step 6: Serve
Let cool for 5 minutes before serving
